Our Leadership Programs

Young Adult Leadership

We firmly believe that unless we invest in our young leadership our movement cannot succeed in the future. The World Zionist Organization requires that one third of delegates are under the age of 35. But we think just bringing young people along is not good enough. Our young adult leadership programs exist to inspire them to want to be engaged.

Women’s Leadership

Gender equality is a key value of Reform, Progressive and Liberal Judaism. Sadly, the Zionist movement is far too often dominated by male voices. Our women’s leadership programs bring more women into the Zionist arena of the National Institutions.
